Welcome to our NW1 facilities hire page! Whether you are hosting a class, running a workshop, rehearsing with your group, or planning a community meeting, our venue offers six fully equipped spaces to suit your needs. Choose from three spacious studios or three smaller one-to-one rooms. With inclusive amenities such as Wi-Fi, cleaning services, refreshment-making facilities, and free parking, we ensure a hassle-free experience for you and your attendees. Starting at just £6 per hour with block booking discounts available, we provide flexible and affordable options to fit your needs.
All rooms are available from 9.00am to 10.00pm unless otherwise stated.
STUDIO 1
Studio 1 is a large, ground floor room measuring

STUDIO 2
Studio 2 is a first-floor, open-plan room equipped with 16 gymnastics mats. Studio 2 measures 64.7m² / 695.8ft².
To the back of the studio is Drama 3, a small one-to-one space with desk measuring 7.9m² / 84.8ft² that can be included in the hire for a discounted rate.
Available: Monday 9am to 2pm, Tuesday 9am to 12pm, Wednesday 9am to 2pm, Thursday, Friday, Sunday
£20 per hour, £22.50 with Drama 3 included.

MUSIC 1
Music 1 is a ground floor, one-to-one space measuring 10m² / 107.96ft².
